We have a professional sales and support team ensuring your fleets are well maintained and you have peace of mind when dealing with us.
TOWING & ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
CBT has a 24hr on call service for our clients and this includes towing and recovery of equipment, should it be needed. Our trained technicians would always assess the stuation before having vehicles towed to minimise cost for our clients. More often than not we can mobilise a vehicle. Although any towing can be done, we leave that as a last resort.
DIAGNOSTICS
By using state of the art diagnostics tools, our trained and professional artisans provide our clients with peace of mind that we will diagnose any fault. We believe that accurate diagnostics saves clients money and unnecesarry down time by getting to the root cause of the problem. We are firmly against doing "swap-nostics" and just replacing parts until it is fixed. Find the root, fix the problem.
